Bye bye Gameaddik, we hardly knew ye.. Just running numbers on the sale of Gameaddik. Sounds like a bad deal to me.
Dec 2021, Gameaddik was bought for 2.061M on closing, 2.751M 6 months later, and 7,377,143 shares (worth about 1.25$) or about 9.221M (and the dilution) for a total of 14.033M.
Aug 2023, selling 70% of Gameaddik for 9.1M meaning the total value of Gameaddik is valued at 13M today.
None of that money is going into any share buy back. No plan to do anything with the money other than just burn it as the company continues to lose money. Hmmmmmm?
