Orbite owns the clay deposit and the technology, and Rusal have the deep pockets. Will we, ORT, get 50% of the JV for our contribution or will we also have to invest cash? Perhaps it won't be 50:50. I'd hope we'd have to put in very little cash if we are to supply the clay for free for the life of the plant/JV. In fact I'd rather get paid something for each ton of clay delivered. Fun negotiations no doubt. GLTA.
