note to driftwood...you seem to get it, like i do, that others don't..
...next question you will ask yourself is this: is it material when ORT determines it lacks the cash to complete HPA 20 or only material after it has convinced suppliers to be paid off in shares??? these things matter and it seems desperate CEO's will do desperate things...
