Interestingly enough 3 weeks ago a "bed" was not required. 3 weeks ago the "Harper" unit was going to be used to produce secondary items. ( ie. low grade HPA, SGA and SAMPLES) Interestingly enough the "Harper" unit that didn't work 4 years ago has been reintroduced as a major solution to the recent delays. Sorry if that is too complicated for you. Next excuse is?
