I lost 50k.. but your post made me laugh to make it worth it !! lol 

ha well..   it was a venture, but still not finished, I think they will find a way.

- this company is toast !! hahahaha    good one, 
we gotta laugh at it..  what can one do !

At least there's no need for a reverse split !!  the stock is worthless
