another windfall for the lawyersRestructuring under legal protection is a costly affair. It is ironic that people outside the company will make millions while the shareholders will pay the ticket - this is capitalism. Orbite has wrung all the water out of the dishcloth yet needs millions more and 8 months to put it right (again) At a share count of 440 million, the market is valuing ORT at $102 million dollars - I shudder what has actually been pumped into this company by both shareholders and the Quebec government. Perhaps if some production could continue while modifications are being made and a customer base built up, Orbite could be saved ?????
