RE:Good LUCK IN CORRUPT QUEBEC SNC is another prime example of how the Quebec elite like to do things. Corruption is business as usual in that province not to say the rest are not doing it too but Quebec seems to excel at it. Must be a cultural thing.
Its only corruption if you get caught otherwise its just how things get done.
