It's getting close but there's still an outside chance for a long term delay while Outotec works out a solution. Their reputation is on the line, as well as future business of very expensive equip.  If that fails to pass then Quebec can put the company up for sale to repay bad debts and MAYBE  some deep pockets who know what they're doing will take over.   not likely to honor our shares though. in that case I have another tax loss.
