Orbite - fire asset sale will be approved tomorrow ...

Due to the pandemic, a conference call will be held tomorrow Monday March 30, 2020 between Judge Gouin, PwC Monitor and Service List lawyers instead of a court hearing. Orbite fire asset sale will be approved by Judge Gouin and CCAA extension to September 4, 2020 or other date decided upon by the Judge.

 
MidCap and IQ do not oppose the asset purchase.
The Quebec Government and IQ betrayed and abandoned Orbite shareholders!

This went on for along time . I knew deep inside it was over the day they filed for protection . People hoped for better bit it's only odd  This is what ilfe is about Hope . We still are alive and most of us will live though this . I was told if you don't make mistakes in life you did not have a life . Orbite sure was a mistake and a learing leston .  You ya take care   ...more
