Over three years ending in 2005, Mulacek contracted millions of dollars in “unspecified ‘services’” to Direct Employment Services Corp (DESC) who it turns out was co-owned by Christian Vinson, his brother in law. Also, InterOil didn't disclose that Phil's brother, Pierre Mulacek, was DESC's vice president and director (according to Texas corporate filings)
