Empire Petroleum dumping below uplist price, down ~20% today
This company is in reality owned and controlled by one guy, Phil Mulacek..as deailed on previous posts here
....and now the other employees etc with shares and warrants are heading for the exits.....as we said they would as the inner circle is in disarray over the whole charade.....question is how much is the Energy Evolution Fund selling? This is the fund controlled by Phil's son Sterling that has almost all its capital in this one stock and has a director of Empire serving as their Chief Compliance Officer (mother of all conflicts!)
