either the co. or Mr. Jain as CFO couldstep forward and comment on the delays in the financing. There is a new filing out today on EDGAR for the 2MM shares. Let's hope the company did this transaction with confidence the financing will follow. Mr. Jain is also a director so he must have approved of the transaction in theory.
