New subsidiary is fantastic

New subsidiary is fantastic  The WaveChem  technology is a great idea created by EQST (I'm betting the Pres.)  I had to look up several terms and question IR, but my results say this could be so synergistic.  I've always been a physics fan including good sci-fi and this technology is one of those predicted energy savers now to be built within a year as I read it.
New share numbers went to retire debt.  The new shares won't trade for a while I believe.
