Definitive Agreement 1000bpd UpgraderThe company reports in today's NR that they're building a 1000bpd upgrader in advance of deploying the 5000bpd upgrader at DWOG.

There's another outfit trading under ticker SNV.V that is builing a 1000bpd 'sonic' upgrader in Alberta. SNV has far more shares o/s (approx. 65 million, maybe 75 million with the recent WT exercise), but they do seem to have some well connected strategic parnters. EQST has approx. 10 million o/s shares but remains illiquid. Liquidity would no doubt improve upon delivery/completion of the 1000bpd upgrader. A completion date would be helpful.
