It's clear Mr. Jain is serious about project financing, having joined Energy Quest in official capacity earlier this year. The latest 10k states the funding is expected to close by May 1 instead of April 1. The intermediaries are likely responsible for the delay and must start thinking in terms of "HOURS," not days, not weeks, not months, to get this across the finish line.
