Been following the company and doing DD, nothing more.  Was fortunate to have some Indian friends who have insight and broker contact in Mumbai which helped with my comfort level.  This will get very interesting when the financing is done as there are so few shares O/S and near zero trading volume.   A couple 10k+ blocks on positive news could have this in double digits and heading north fast.  Not sure how long you've been on board but the thinking prior to the split last year was to see the stock trade over $1 if EQST received funding.  The equivalent price range for the current (post R/S) share structure is >$20/share.

I sincerely hope the company's position is to measure all future movement on the financing in HOURS given all the hard work that's gone into this.

I have owned this for some time now, back when it was still Syngas at $0.50 before the 20 to 1 reverse split. I had bought 10,000 shares at $0.38After the reverse split I now only have 500 shares at an average share cost of about $7.80 due to the 20 to 1 split.
