investor relation is rare

I only caught IR people immediately after a news release and for only a few days.  It seems the few executives are working their *** off getting this endeavor off the ground.  The phone # is on the website(google it) There was a rumor -possibly based on scarce info - that they would like to buy our stock cheap.  Thus no IR.  I no longer believe that since the debenture announcement.  It is simply complex to do international finance late.
