Alberta Royalty Bitumen plan

The bitumen plan Alberta hatched recently may generate further partnerships etc. in Energy Quest's technology.
December 2 is the filing deadline, hence the 1000bpd facility would likely have to be up & running well in advance to attract new business specific to the bitumen plan. Even without the government sponsored plan, EQST's first plant should prompt a host of new opportunities.
