I don't understand the move you are trying to catch technically.   Once the stock breaks out from 21 cents, you are trying to catch the ride to support of 40 cents from many years ago?    I have no doubt they will get to 40 cents someday.  I just have a hard time seeing that happen in a very short timeframe because of the overhang of so many sellers.
