@zamani, the share expansion was from 2010 to 2014.  The current capital raise is not to fund current operations, but to start a new business, so it does not fit your description.

I don't like the way they diluted shareholders originally, and I agree there was a lot of insider dealing there to pass control of the company to management and the Chinese entities that were partners.   But that behavior has not continued.

Revenue has bottomed and turned back up.   Gross margin is improving, which goes together with their pursuing proprietary products.  Their cash position is never great, and they are still more than able to bankrupt themselves if they do something really stupid, but the market they are chasing is going to compound at 15%+ growth rates for more than a decade.  It's worth hanging on and seeing if they can ride that growth.
