Information Circular posted to Sedar and headed for the mail.  No special resolutions.  

Unstated by management: we wait on Rio Tinto and the pursuit of a buyout transaction.  When?  Ask the blank, unblinking stone wall that is Rio Tinto I suppose, if it amuses you to throw pebbles down a deep well.  

BUT, there will be a substantial premium coming, of that I am most confident.  And if metals prices trends can continue to apply a little writhing discomfort to Rio Tinto, so much the better.

With what RIO did to the wee shareholders of TRQ, a lot of writhing n head bashing would by more be more like it; in my opinion, EH??? UNKLAL
