New position

Thanks to metalhead for alerting me to this one.   I have taken a position here for several reasons
and I look forward to what I think is an exciting future for this project.   They have everything going
for it that a project could dream of.

The icing on the cake would be a major offtake agreement with Tesla Berlin or a construction
announcement by the Czech gov't contolled utility.   One would suspect from reading the tea
leaves,  the time line of any of these announcements cannot be far off.   It will be impossible
to buy it this cheap after that.

Seems like a pretty quiet board.   Maybe this is a good thing

Smart move. It's great that this board is quiet. Means we're in well ahead of the crowd.  Our CEO have been a busy guy...he's given multiple interviews lately and in my conversations with him I'm certain we're very close to some deal being made.  The project is moving forward nicely...Environmental Impact Statement is in, our "green" certification is ...more

Indeed.  The fact that we are the only ones posting here speaks to the lack of awareness in N.America to what is going on in Europe.   Its amazing to me despite the fact we are in a global economy and the EV revolution is global in scope,  how much insularity there is in the investment community.  Well,  I should be the last to complain if getting in at the ground floor of ...more

Yep, it's changing at warp speed.  I stay away from graphite and the other battery metals for this very reason. For my time frame...the next 3-5 years...there's no substitute for lithium.  Europe is also the place to be. They are way ahead of the US in rolling out EVs and building battery plants and you just can't beat a government mandate that 80% of all the lithium used in ...more

Can't dispute your thesis,  666.   Its almost too good to be true.    The only possible thing that can alter these lithium projects going forward is a disrupter innovation that might put the lithium ion battery out of business.  Reminiscent of the old BETA versus VHS days. VHS won that battle despite having slighltly inferior technology and second into the market ...more

I'm not worried about technological innovation displacing lithium. Remember, these gigafactories being built now are all geared for lthium ion technology....they can't be retooled or rebuilt in my time frame. Eventually you're right...something better always comes around but we'll see European Metals a 5x bagger at least before then and that's my target. The immediate worry is ...more

Good call, moneymann! Send my regards to CB2Task if you talk to him. Corsica sounds like paradise. Glad you got a handle on what's going on...hope you're enjoying your second life.

News out on European Metals...going to be trading a new symbol as an "ADS"....no more foreign security fees so will invite more US investors....also doing a big US push to get the story out....change happens in July...all good...they're moving this bad boy forward all the time
Comment by marketsense on Jun 20, 2021 12:08pm
Excellent  "M".  Another vital step in pushing the story forward.   This shows how serious and smart these guys are.   The exposure to the American markets is an absolute must and it will move the s/p.  That exposure plus a marketing campaign is bound to attract big investment $ and I would equate that to as good as any offtake agreement or construction ...more

Yep. Won't be long before the herd catches on.  Now's the time to accumulate and wait. My only concern is the state of the "market" and our absurd economy.  I keep a hedge on at all times now as I don't trust anything anymore.  Good thing is we have lots of time to keep accumulating shares. There are 3 big drivers coming over the next year....an offtake ...more

Well,   I will be joining you.  Been reading articles how the battery space is going to be the  best place to be over the next 5-10 yrs as the world phases out the internal combustion engine and transitions into a high efficiency battery world.  Definately an opportunity of a lifetime. Speaking of that,  did you notice how my NBM went up 50% today.   That is just the ...more

I don't follow NBM...good score for you!  Yep, There's no stopping this movement now. Audi is going 100% electric by 2026....that's less than 5 years....going to need a lot of European lithium to feed all of those cars.  I'm only invested in European Metals now....I'd like to get a stake in Vulcan Energy Resources but it's not cheap...at $4 I'll reload.  ...more
