  Totally agree. Some fools are selling today and so there is a price drop. Looks like they didn't get the big picture here.... The current deal is hinting a potential price target above $4. A road to Eskay property, things are going to be very interesting soon.  I want to see their 30,000m drills on the VMS. Irrespective of today's drop, I guess ESK will be moving up rest

The upcoming SkyTEM results will clarify the importance of the road. Seabridge willingness to invest brings them one step closer to their own major JV deal which will benefit Eskay as well. I expect that Eskay will follow Skeena to join Seabridge on the NYSE. Another solid aggressive move by Eskay management. Do your own due diligence. GLTA.

Thanks hillbillydrill, it is important, just doesn't effect the S/P. Having a road to one of the future mine sites will make our eventual buyout that much better.

Unless the road joint funding (50% of $12M in convertible debentures and 1.35Mwts of ESK...that would give SEA  foothold in ESK) is just a smoke screen for SEA desire to gain access to ESK potential high-grade VSM deposits. GH11 ---------------
