High grade pod Math Several million pounds of yellow cake in a small area are not out of reach. The average cubic meter of "soil" has a weight of 2.7 tons. Lets assume we are standing on one square meter (this is our very small pod) and below this square meter are 20 m with 2,5% Uranium and 50 m with 0,4 %. This could be around 3.500 pounds ............... on this small pod of 1 square meter.
If the pod has the size of 30m*30m (still 20m with 2.5% and 50 m with 0,4%) we are talking about over 3 Mio pounds of Uranium.
If the pod has size of 100*150 m the same math give us over 50 Mio pounds.
A pod of 150*300m gives us over 150 Mio pounds. Makes sense?
