So Fission has 661 million share o/s. It is trading around $1 which gives a market cap of $661 million. Their deal to sell all their other assets for .335 Dension shares (then trading at say $1.60) values the sold assets at $340 million. Today that means 50% of PLS is valued at $320 million, or $640 million total value. Alpha has 26 million shares o/s which at $4.32 creates a market cap of $112 million for a 50% interest in PLS, i.e. $224 million for the project!! Where an I wrong?
