Can someone please explain to me why Fission shareholders value PLS at $700+ million (after selling the remaining assets to Dension for $300+ million) and the Alpha shareholders value PLS at $200+ million!

So Fission has 661 million share o/s. It is trading around $1 which gives a market cap of $661 million. Their deal to sell all their other assets for .335 Dension shares (then trading at say $1.60) values the sold assets at $340 million. Today that means 50% of PLS is valued at $320 million, or $640 million total value. Alpha has 26 million shares o/s which at $4.32 creates a market cap of $112

FIS has 128 mln OS, so that changes things a bit

Actually FIS has 140 million shares out. 161 million fully diluted. It's at the end of their coroporate presentation.

You compare an apple with an orange. Why do you compare this? How many projects AMW have? 6 How many projects FIS has? 25-26.. Not the same game!
