RE: RE: RE: RE: Excellerated conversion of warrant

the warrants have already been forced -- march 22 was the deadline. you will all remember that leading up to that time we plunged from well above $3 to below $3 on the forced exercise -- this issue now is that the stock associated with the December financing is freely trading as of April 6...so given 3 days to settle a trade we are probably seeing that cheap stock (sold at $1.80) blown out now -- and that is why AMW is dropping like a stone compared to FIS. One of our big problems i think is that Pinetree/Inwentash took so much of that financing and now his company Pinetree is bleeding like a stuck....so he is probably a forced seller and is probably the anon selling and slapping all the bids. It is unfortunate that he seems to destroy each stock he is in at some point -- that said, this project is bigger than he is and any downward movmement will be soaked up by the many out there that see the big picture and understand the fundamentals here. In the short term we will have volatility...in the long term we will have much much higher prices and a fantastic outcome -- i am looking forward to pinetree blowing out the rest of their stock at bargain prices so i can buy more and more importantly looking forward to more assays, the fis deal getting done with dml, more drilling etc etc.
