@NorthTea - The placement wasn't that great of a deal for the buyers in my view.  There were plenty of opportunities for anybody to buy AMW at less than $4.00 yesterday and the 1/2 warrant isn't any good until AMW hits $5.00.  In other words, the buyer paid a premium to yesterdays market for the warrants.  There is no incentive for the buyer to have the price down - the opposite is true -they want the price to go up like every other long holder.
