All securities issued in connection with the Offering will be subject to a** four-month hold period **under applicable Canadian securities laws.The closing of the Offering is expected to occur on or before April 25, 2013. 

As I see it raising money is always good in this horrible junior market environment,many a company wishes they could,most are at 0.10 and under. "Cashed up and lookin pretty is OK in my books". I don't have figures for uranium,but take copper,each percent is worth close to $80 per ton,so 5%= $400 and a ton of copper ore is the size of a dishwasher. Alpha is getting very fair grades over large distance,and the best part is its shallow.
