FCU / AMW Valuation
The valuation is determined based on a FCU basic share count of 149.45M
shares outstanding, $17M in cash, and 9.8M options and warrants outstanding.
While FCU management is currently working on translating the outstanding FIS
derivatives to FCU terms, we estimate a fully diluted share count of 159.27M
shares and cash of $26.3M. For Alpha Minerals we use 29.53M shares
outstanding to reflect basic shares plus all in-the-money options and warrants.
This nets AMW with $27.57M in cash.
