A good article and why Dev should not have control...

A good article and why Dev should not have control...

Most of you have probably read it already but here it is again:
https://www.mineweb.com/mineweb/content/en/mineweb-exploration?oid=202504&sn=Detail

Why Dev Randhawa should not be allowed control:

Dev said:
"That, in doing a financing, Alpha Minerals might give a major a foothold, making it less attractive to other potential suitors. “Really what this was about was to preempt any of that happening,” he said. Randhawa maintained it was his goal is to make sure the potential acquisition target is as clean as possible."

In essence Dev does not want AMW undermining his plan, his vision for what needs to be done here, I agree with most of you here that Dev has probably already mapped out the end game for the deposit, one where it is sold sooner rather then later to a major of his choosing a price that will benefit him most of all. AMW is a wild card to this that he he needs to get under control ASAP for this to be realized..

Dev said:

"Alpha Minerals responded to Fission's proposal with demands of its own, a fact which could not be corroborated with Alpha Minerals by presstime. Randhawa said it came to Fission with a “laundry list” of requests that included a demand for equal seating on the board of directors and an equal share of post-merger management."

Now this is the most telling and troubling if Dev were to gain control... Lets think about this, AMW responded that they wanted equal seating and equal share of the management and Dev would have none of it, it is a take it or leave it proposition it would seem. AMW were the ones negotating with a mind of being fair and equal and Dev would have none of that??? Who would you rather have looking out for your interests someone who realizes that it is a team effort that we are all in this together or someone who cannot see past there own greed and special interests?? When it's finally time to negotate the sale of the deposit who would you prefer??? Really, if Dev is willing to cut out AMW he will do it to us as well, he's shady and cannot be trusted..... and I will never agree to a merger that sees him gain total control!

If this has to happen it has to be one where they are equal or AMW has control...
