RE RE MergerStarbucks, This is the best time to be invested in the uranium market! It is beat up but all the forecasts point toward a very bright future. Cameco made over 200 million in profit last quarter in a bad market. The losers will be the high cost producers and most of the Canadian producers do not fall in this category. The long term investors in AMW or FCU are very happy. Probably not the same for investors trading all the time and missed a run up in the stock prices.
I doubt if any of the long term investors sold anything in the recent price movement in these stocks. There has been no reason at all to do so.
Regarding the court action on the claims, the winner is not going to get enough from the court to affect FCU either way. If I was a betting man, my money would be on FCU to win the case.
