Morningstar's quantitative fair value based on several analysts is still $4.46.
If you review the posts you can see that a few of us felt that ESP was in for a bit of a rough ride subsequent to their first quarter financials. 
Unfortunately there are posters on stock boards who only want to support the stock (some call it touting) and you have to take all posts (including mine) with a grain of salt. Links are likewise suspect as some companies have a vested interest as they own the stock or are selling it.
IMO the financing deal should be good as it does establish a level with some committed buyers (around the $4 level). 
There is some support @ the $3,40 level but if we pierce that, there is little support until the $3.00 level.
This is a volatile stock and some news would be helpful.
