In short, it provides infrastructure and tools to cablecos and telcos who are trying to provide a more comprensive user experience, allowing them to better compete against offerings such as Netflix.

In retrospect, the company's latest financing seems to have been a wiser move than any of us thought ... I hesitate to imagine having to go to the market to raise working capital at these prices.
