oversold or perfect buying opp?

hopefully we can reverse our downward dip here..

I am a relatively new investor and like to invest my 'play' money on potential buyouts in the tech space.

I'm hoping with leveraging its RDK and HTML5 technologies.. in my research I stumbled upon an ebook which explains that over the past 5 years or so there have been 3 components necessary in every biotech buyout in NA..

ESP has two key components working in its favor already.. and is working on the third.

Some of Canada's top buyout deals and candidates for 2016 are outlined in this free report.. it begins for ESP and about a half dozen related tech and healthare stocks on page 22.

There are some pretty awesome management teams profiled as well. thought I would share to those long ESP.
