I think its semantics. The major cable company will continue to utilize ESPIAL'S 4k Set Top Box but not their latest and more advanced software [RDK and HTML5 line] My read is they'd still be working together. ESPIAL was not DUMPED! Note: Tele Columbus has more than 2m subcribers. Revenue is up. Excellent upside.*Time to accumulate*

I agree with the essence of your post - they are still working together but 2017 now less certain (though ESP may still be in the running. BTW, TeleColumbus subs now over 3m due to 2 more recent acquistions.
