Even my weife complained about the Roger Navigatr...

... being slow and no responsive. Surprised ESP's facebook page allows reviews....did someone make a mistake or did they just expect rave reviews. All except 1 were negative on Espial software on Rogers. Any insights?

Well it would be nice if one could simply sweep negatives under the carpet but the realist will have at least 2 thoughts: 1) the 4Q loss of some $900k is almost completely attributable to the item 'Cost of Revenue' which was $900k higher than the equivalent last year. In the context of software, this means firefighting/de-bugging which must be absorbed by the supplier. Is the firefighting ...more

You are raising very good points Luberon. Hoping Rogers has resolved the nagging issues with the Nextbox where Espials software is embedded. I checked at the Rogers community forum. There does not seem to be much criticism anymore after the recent update to the Navigatr. Would like to ascertain and learn further on this Espial implication.
