And sold us to Enghouse for a low ball offer, never did trust our management team.

Well,  that was a painful 2 years.  I agree, Barney, we should have got more per share.  At least I can move on now.  I’m sure you have many companies on your radar, but I thought I would share my favourite photo inspect for my newly released funds: Fire and Flower (FAF).  They did a private fund raising a few months ago and big money investors bought in at 1.50.  It ...more

I may hold this dog for a while yet, they only have 33% of the vote as management holds only 3%, heck there paying $56 million to buy our company and they pick up $30 million we have in cash, hopefully the deal isn’t a done deal.

WOW...what a dumb deal. Seriously 1.57$ offer...this is a joke. I hope a better offer comes from a different company.
