I'm with you James44.....holding for a higher bid. Not sure why we're selling; certainly don't understand the price....except from buyer's position...a steal, and i don't like to be stolen from. Sold 15 %, wanted $$ for other investments, holding balance, at least for next few weeks....no rush to sell, not going down, could go up bigtime.

I'll be voting the stock under my control "No" and encourage everyone to do the same. These guys are a bunch of fraudsters who want to steal the company from under your noses. I decided to get out.  I sold the last of my shares today.  This one hurt.  I truly believed this company would make it to $3 within a year or 2.  This was a good learning experience.  Good luck everyone.
