I wonder what the above investors are thinking? Could they be somehow linked to the purchaser? If not, I wonder how they'll vote.

Premium? To what, the stock's recent "all time lows." Obviously the wording of the circular is biased in favour of the transaction.

Hmmmm? They're a little eager this year; the call is almost 2 weeks before last year's first quarter release. I wonder why?
