Although I am not in the secret of Gods and Powers to be, I find it extremelly difficult to believe that there ahs not been a conversation or 2 between Farhrad and George Roach about this very specific topic.
In my opinion those talks failed, hence why Roach and the DesLauriers brothers elected to take the entire shabang public and created EPC.
That said, does it mean that there is no possibilities of new discussions.......hard to say obviously, and we will be last to know for sure.
But as usual , if market acts like it normally does, rotten to the core with more leaks then a sinking boat.
Given the share price, nothing is on deck in my opinion.
