Of course. None of FED's failures have come because of incompetent execution and confusion. The fact that they have five assays in the lab as of February and haven't released them to the market makes you wonder if anyone is home. Where are those results? Frankly, one analyst doesn't move a stock in either direction. Mismanagement on the other hand does. Also where is this private investor? Did they scare him/her off with the management/board changes.
