Email reply from RowlandsBuddy got an email reply at 3:00 am which is lunch time in Switzerland  from Rowlands. He sounds like he may be getting a lot of emails for info or maybe is just a little stressed out and jet lagged but his response re the deal and its progress was this....

"assume the deal is alive since if it were dead we would have to report it.....will update the market when we have something to say"
