Long time without news. Just wondering if you are still working on the SICPA deal or is it dead???

That would garner a response with a bit of an edge to it if you had been working long days for past month trying to get everything sorted out to close the deal. Just my opinion but it makes common sense and really thats all one needs to see through all the crappola that starts getting posted after a little bump in the road.
