Stack...I think EUROCONTROL has focused on the business...don't you?

No one I have seen past a poster named RocketRed has argued otherwise.

Were talking about letting them continue to focus on the business (backend execution) abnd outsource the front end of the business case (PR/Sponsorship) that they are demonstratebly inept on.

One does not function to the desired effect (valuations premium vs discount) without the other.
