You have been the recipient of selective disclosure there ZenClown...and are pompous enough to post the CEO in quotes to your private access..I even had Kid mention you from another thread providing him/her it with info that was not yet "available for public consumption"...who knew publicly besides you on what you were communicated privately from Rowlands himself -that you quoted in "-------" nobody else...you put up you had private communication with him nobody else...you feel your priviledged and above the rank and file or something? Not here...your just another ham and eggerr like the rest of us even if you don't like to have it served to you scrambled when deserved...no one else knew cept you in private dialogue that he (Rowlands) was headed back to Switzerland to aid SICPA due to pressing opportunities on the marketing front AHEAD of the shareholders vote before the Definitive Agreement is even ratified? what don't you understand about that under Reg FD? .that is not dissemination and not DD-how thick are you? ... maybe you would have found out that SIPCA has quite obviously begun their marketing campaign in the public domain already!
Guess what, I stand by my belief that we won't be getting any PR about major contract wins unless a customer puts the information out there (like Uganda did last week.
