EUO board member gives Rowlands inside on SICPA GFIMr. Gilles Lraill, Vice President, Business Development for SICPA was named in July to EUO's board, Chaired by Bruce Rowlands. Lraill is the current Vice President, Business Development for SICPA's Government Security Solutions division, as well as member of the board and CEO of SICPA Global Fluids Integrity SA (SICPA GFI).
In short, Rowlands knows exactly what is happening at SICPA GFI - likely in real time!!!
