Unlike Eurocontrol who never reply to any of the messages you send them, SICPA quickly and diligently answers any of your questions. I've been in touch with SICPA in the past and I can say with certainty that SICPA has no interest whatsoever in taking over EUO or in their joke 'mou' with Digiflex.
