I never thought the mou with digiflex was anything more than a fluff a4 with 2 signatures so Premier Wynne could publicly state the business trip of the government of Ontario to Israel was a success and delivered new cooperations. I asked Sicpa about the digiflex mou and they stated to have no interest or knowledge of the relationship between EUO and digiflex. The fact it has now been terminated is no surprise to me, never had any expectations of it.
