NCIB
NCIBI was checking the SEDI filings of the NCIB buying by EUO, and noticed the following.
From 20-06-2016 till 30-06-2016 they purchased 400,000 shares. All 400,000 shares were then cancelled on 11-07-2016.
Then from 15-07-2016 till 03-08-2016 they purchased another 133,000 shares. But on 08-08-2016 they only cancelled 113,000 shares which brought the outstanding balance 20,000 shares.
Then from 30-08-2016 till 13-10-2016 this balance rose to 485,000 shares. On 14-10-2016 they only cancelled 430,000 of those. Again, leaving 55,000 shares out there.
From 17-10-2016 till 31-10-2016 the balance has risen to 200,000 shares, which they have never cancelled. And no purchases ever since.
It's like they've just forgotten about their NCIB? What do you guys make of this?
